CDM developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) solutions for financial reporting and disclosures
• Build and enhance automation workflows for SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and financial statements
• Develop and manage data integrations between ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Certent CDM
• Create and optimize Excel-based data models, automation scripts, and reusable components
• Configure and customize Certent templates, reports, and business rules
• Implement data validation frameworks, reconciliation logic, and automated tie-outs
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Audit teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support and enhance XBRL tagging automation and filing processes
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency
