CDP Chef / Commis 1 at Fox Paradox Cafe, Setia Alam

We are looking for a CDP Chef / Demi Chef / Sous Chef to assist our kitchen in Setia Alam:

Responsible for day to day operations for productions as well as involvement in menu development.

Assist during service for timing and progress of all dishes in a high quality manner.

Ensure that the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards laid by the Company.

Be fully conversant with the menu and adaptable to continual changes to keep the menu aligned with customer demands and Company policies.

Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.

Coordinate and participate with other sections on requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitisation in all kitchen and serving areas.

Willing to travel and work at the Fox Paradox Cafe in Setia Alam.
