CDP Pastry

• Quality Control: Ensure all items meet high standards for taste, presentation, and portion control, minimizing waste.

Production: Prepare, cook, and decorate diverse pastries, cakes, and desserts according to Vikings' standards and recipes.

• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols in the pastry section.
• Section Management: Plan and manage the daily operations of the pastry station, ensuring it's stocked and organized
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide junior pastry chefs (commis/trainees) and kitchen porters
• Inventory: Monitor, order, and manage pastry ingredients and supplies
• Innovation: Contribute to recipe development and create innovative pastry items
• Collaboration: Work with the entire culinary team to support overall kitchen operations
