The CDS Business Support and Development Team is responsible for managing day-to-day operational administrative aspects in close collaboration with the Account Opening and Modification Team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily requests and maintain internal guides up to date.
• Assist stakeholders by implementing new forms into the CRM/CLM system and defining associate processes.
• Perform LEI applications and renewals.
• Manage form‑related internal master‑data.
• Create and adapt internal work instructions concerning the handling of all Swiss Julius Baer forms in cooperation with relevant specialist departments (Legal & Compliance or the Tax Department).
