We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Cebu City, Cebu office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience. This is a full-time, in-office role.
