The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in process improvement and must be Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Responsibilities include guiding a team of Black Belts and managing effective transitions. Competitive salary offered at Php 68,000/month. Onsite work is required with a shifting schedule.
