Cementation Hybrid Contracts Specialist

Cementation is looking for a Contracts Specialist in North Bay, ON, to handle contract drafting and negotiations in a hybrid work format. This role plays a key part in our continued success.
As a full-time Contracts Specialist, you will report directly to the Contracts Manager. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Law and at least 8 years of relevant experience, especially in the mining industry. You'll draft qualifications, manage claims, and help mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review mining and engineering contracts
• Lead negotiations with clients on contract issues
• Maintain and update the company’s contract library
• Mentor junior team members on contract principles
• Provide management with reports on potential risks
Requirements:
