(Cen) Corporate Business Development Analyst

Assist on the M&A transactions across geographies worldwide, analyze business development opportunities, portfolio rebalancing, support strategic planning analysis, due diligence, post-merger integration process and internal consulting projects.
**Main Responsibilities**:- Assist in M&A transactions, assist on develop valuation models (DCF, multiples, etc.) and evaluate transaction investment metrics.
- Work in the assessment of business development opportunities in CEMEX and non-CEMEX markets and geographies.
- Contribute to analyze market conditions, competitive dynamics, and industry performance to identify opportunities which would improve CEMEX's positioning as a leader in the building materials industry.
- Assist developing materials for top management meetings, including Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and other events.
