Cencora Field & Infusion Nurse

Cencora is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with at least one year of IV initiation experience. In this position, you will monitor patient treatments and complete essential documentation while collaborating with healthcare teams in a supportive environment. Your role will focus on delivering compassionate care and educating patients and caregivers based on protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications in home and clinic settings
• Monitor pre and post-infusion treatments diligently
• Document patient care according to established standards
• Educate patients and caregivers either individually or in groups
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Active RN registration and CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year IV initiation experience
