Center head (jee/neet)

Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Center Head to lead and manage our academic center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of center operations (Academic + Administration)
- Driving student admissions and fee collection targets
- Monitoring faculty performance and academic delivery (JEE/NEET)
- Parent relationship management and grievance handling
- Ensuring discipline and smooth functioning of residential campus
- Budget management and financial monitoring
- Coordinating marketing and outreach activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in education/coaching management
- Experience in JEE/NEET coaching environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
