Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Center Head to lead and manage our academic center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of center operations (Academic + Administration)
• Driving student admissions and fee collection targets
• Monitoring faculty performance and academic delivery (JEE/NEET)
• Parent relationship management and grievance handling
• Ensuring discipline and smooth functioning of residential campus
• Budget management and financial monitoring
• Coordinating marketing and outreach activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years experience in education/coaching management
• Experience in JEE/NEET coaching environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
