Job Description

 JOB PURPOSE:

The Director for Center of Change is responsible for strategically leading organizational transformation initiatives through agile methodologies, Six Sigma discipline, change management, and process excellence. This senior role emphasizes guiding a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring all efforts enhance the customer experience for customers, distributors, and employees. With enterprise teams, the role will center on ensuring alignment and successful execution of the designed experiences.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Six Sigma DisciplineLead and mentor Six Sigma black belts and green belts within the team following the discipline and approach of Six SigmaTrain, develop and certify new Six Sigma yellow belts and green belts in the organization on an annual basis
