Role Summary
The Center of Excellence (COE) Sub-Team Lead is responsible for managing a group of Medical Operations and Financial Operations Associates and contractors, ensuring consistent planning, execution, and monitoring of Independent Medical Grants (IMG) and Research Collaborations (RC).
The Sub-Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day practice of direct reports, monitoring the quality of their work, and ensuring compliance with all business rules and standard operating procedures. This role also provides guidance and support to Associates by monitoring training needs and supporting implementation of technology enabled processes.
The Sub-Team Lead will work closely with team members within External Research Grants (ERG) and Medical Platform Services (MPS), as well as with stakeholders from inside and outside of the company to ensure deliverables meet project goals.
