Job Description

                    Responsibilities Lead growth and customer acquisition strategies for the Central Asia and Eastern Europe corridors. 
Build trust-based relationships with diaspora communities through online and in-person engagement. 
Initiate, negotiate, and execute partnerships with community associations, local banks, and fintech players. 
Manage offline and online advertising campaigns, including paid marketing and creative agencies. 
Source and lead community ambassadors and influencers to drive brand awareness. 
Conduct regular customer research to identify pain points and optimize user experience. 
Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Engineering teams to improve regional operations. 
Work closely with the Country Manager to define growth plans, budgets, and CAC targets. 
Requirements 7+ years of experience in high-growth environments such as startups, fintech, or marketing.
