Central Asset Inventory Custodian

SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• To assist the Central Asset Inventory Supervisor in clerical works
• To file, organize and maintain the department's performance reports
• To prepare monthly performance report
• To monitor Materials Receiving Report (MRR)
• To prepare and monitor Purchase Requisition (PR) status
• To prepare monthly report of issued materials
• To conduct monthly stock verification
• To assist in preparation of charge slips and gate pass
• To assist in communicating with suppliers and branches

Job Type: Full-time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate
• Computer Literate with working knowledge of Office Applications
• Must be organized and keen to details
• Must be independent, able to work with minimal supervision
• Having a past work experience related with the posting is an advantage
