Central Callback Verifier

1. The verifier is responsible for independently reviewing branch teller transactions, cash balances, and daily reports to ensure accuracy, compliance with bank policies, procedures and standards, and adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.

2. The role helps safeguard bank assets, detect errors or irregularities, and maintain integrity of teller operations.

3. Provide an independent transaction verification service to complement the end of day balancing process of branches.

4. Conducts a post-review of transaction documents via scanned documents to ensure completeness and accuracy of daily transaction media of branches.

5. Document lapses and provides daily exception reports to branches and Central Callback Department Head
