Central Control Room Operator

The CCR Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing plant operations from the Central Control Room. This includes ensuring that all automated production processes are running smoothly and within specified parameters, while also responding to alarms and system anomalies to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.

Job Description:

• Monitor and control plant operations via DCS/PLC systems from the control room to ensure smooth and efficient running of production equipment.
• Analyze process data and respond to system alarms and variations in process parameters.
• Coordinate with field operators to ensure accurate execution of startup, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain logs and production reports on system performance, incidents, and daily output.
