Central Hub Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Central Hub Supervisor to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia

The Central Hub Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination with functional of transportation, delivery to assure operational run smoothly. Therefore, supervise in responsibility area which defined by superior such working station of receiving, encoding, sorting, DIM scanning, loading and return shipment from depots or any additional task assign by superior.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Internal Customer Management

• Assure receive the right quantity with the right product
• Sorting/loading to the right depots/destinations
• Assure receive the right number of return
• Compliance to security and safety regulatory
• Support customer service on parcels operational processing

Process

• Ensure unloading product from customer's premise and/or depots with safety and caring while moving to operational work floor.
