About the Role
We are looking for a Dessert Chef focused on developing and producing desserts designed to pair with coffee and beverages.
This role is not for decorative pastry work only. You will work on desserts that are consistent, scalable, and suitable for multi outlet operations.
Your work will be served daily across multiple Kopi Saigon outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily dessert production for central kitchen operations
Develop dessert recipes that pair well with coffee and beverages
Ensure consistency in taste texture and portion across outlets
Standardise recipes measurements and production SOPs
Assist in scaling dessert recipes from small batch to central kitchen volume
Prepare desserts for distribution and delivery to outlets
Support basic dessert R and D and improvement of existing items
Maintain hygiene food safety and quality standards
