Role Overview
ARP includes the management of the current Airwave contract and several replacement programmes—Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP)—and also the implementation of two dependent programmes: Control Room Solution and Mobile Data Vehicle Solutions.
We have an opportunity for a Central Service Analyst to join the Central Service Team. The successful candidate will provide Supplier Management activities across key suppliers throughout the life of the ARP service contract and any new future services.

Key Responsibilities
- Service Performance Reporting: Design and regular production of reports across ARP Services to support communications and meetings at Board level, in supplier review meetings, and Ambulance Trust Service review meetings.
