Job Description

Profile Key Responsibilities:
Oversee central control operations for transportation systems.
Manage real-time monitoring and coordination of transportation networks.
Develop and implement protocols for responding to incidents and emergencies.
Coordinate response efforts during accidents, disruptions, or emergencies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety audits.
Maintain and enhance central control equipment and technology systems.
Supervise a team of central control operators, dispatchers, and support staff.
Analyze transportation data and generate performance reports.
Identify and implement strategies to optimize transportation operations.
Collaborate with departments, agencies, and external stakeholders.
Maintain 24/7 coverage by managing shift schedules.
