Centre Director – Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin.
Blanchardstown Shopping Centre is owned by a leading private equity firm, Strategic Value Partners, (“SVP”), who have a strong track record of success in retail real estate as owners or investors of best-in-class portfolios such as Washington Prime Group in the US and Intu SGS Retail Portfolio in the UK.
Blanchardstown Shopping Centre has an overall estate size of c. 85 acres, and represents Ireland’s largest concentration of retail space, with , sq m of retail accommodation across the core shopping centre and two independent retail parks. The centre is anchored by Marks & Spencer, Dunnes Stores, Boots and Zara. In total there are over stores and restaurants, with 5, car parking spaces available on site.
