The Centre Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a the Centre, ensuring the site is safe, welcoming, accessible, and compliant. This role ensures effective on‑site service delivery and acts as the operational link between frontline teams and catchment leadership.

The Centre Manager leads on-site staff, manages centre-based programming, and ensures clients are efficiently connected to services, supports, and employment pathways within a low‑barrier, inclusive environment.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee daily centre operations, including visitor flow, service delivery, and programming schedules.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, accessibility, privacy, and BC requirements.

Lead, mentor, and coordinate Resource Specialists, Case Managers, and Support Staff.

Monitor client traffic and adjust staffing schedules to meet service demand.
