The main purpose of this position is to handle the full shopping centre management function.

• Responsible for all functions normally expectedfrom a Centre Manager or that is requested by the Management.
  
• Preparation of the various schedules for theManagement pack.
  
• Prepare, check and distribution of the monthlytenant statements for PC and Anchor Industrial Park.
  
• Responsible for leasing queries/ vacancies andarranging for ITC checks on prospective tenants.
  
• Preparation of annual budgets together with theFinancial Manager.
  
• Dealing with queries from tenants, head office,owners, contractors and customers.
  
• Responsible for the collection of rentals fromtenants.
