Centre Manager (Senior Care Centre)

Overview

The Centre Manager is responsible for managing and supervising a team of care staff and other staff to ensure the smooth operations of the Day Care Centre in compliance with MOH’s Service Requirements for Centre-based Care.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the day-to-day running and management of the Senior Care Centre to meet MOH’s standards of service deliverables.
• Accountable for the optimal clientele build-up and sustenance within the expected capacity.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and client/caregiver engagement.
• Manage the waiting time for assessment, transport arrangement and admissions (including ‘Trials’).
• Review the client’s general health and physical abilities (with input by therapist and nurse) and draw up an Individual Care Plan (ICP) for the client and discuss with caregiver the outcome expectation during initial assessment for admission. Thereafter to monitor and review the ICP...
