Overview

Job Description The Centre Manager provides overall leadership and operational oversight of the Ang Mo Kio centre, ensuring the centre functions smoothly and delivers quality services aligned with CEF’s mission. The role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, supervising staff and volunteers, strengthening community partnerships, and exercising on-site decision-making authority as the key representative of CEF within the community.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Centre Operations and Service Delivery

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for seniors, volunteers, and visitors.
• Accountable for centre readiness, service continuity, and issue resolution and acts as the first point of escalation for on-site operational incidents
