Job Description

                    The main purpose of this position is to handle the full shopping centre management function. 

Responsible for all functions normally expected
from a Centre Manager or that is requested by the Management.
Preparation of the various schedules for the
Management pack.
Prepare, check and distribution of the monthly
tenant statements for PC and Anchor Industrial Park.
Responsible for leasing queries/ vacancies and
arranging for ITC checks on prospective tenants.
Preparation of annual budgets together with the
Financial Manager.
Dealing with queries from tenants, head office,
owners, contractors and customers.
Responsible for the collection of rentals from
tenants.
Appointing contractors to deal with maintenance
issues after the authorization has been received.
