Centre Manager - Tuksnovation

Minimum Education and Experience required:

• A relevant university degree at Honors level in either Engineering, Information Technology (IT) / Business Management / Finance or equivalent
• A relevant master’s degree will be an added advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in a high-tech entrepreneurial environment
• Successful track record in the formulation of business strategy and corporate governance
• Broad understanding of the SMME environment in South Africa
• Strong Financial management and leadership skills
• A proven record of building businesses and/or establishing funding partnerships.

Key Performance Areas:

• Provide strategic leadership of TuksNovation NPC
• Develop a five-year strategic plan for the company and, following approval by the Board, ensure the implementation of the plan
