WE ARE HIRING CENTRE OPERATION MANAGER

JIA Confinement Centre – Melaka

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on individual to oversee the daily operations of our confinement centre.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Oversee daily centre operations
• Manage staff scheduling & performance
• Ensure SOP, hygiene & service quality standards
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback
• Monitor inventory and basic operational costs
• Report directly to management

Requirements:-

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Hospitality, Healthcare or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in healthcare, hotel or F&B industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage a team

Salary & Benefits:-

• Basic RM3,000
• Commission (based on performance)
