Job Description

                    Job Description:  As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the Principal and play a central role in shaping the strategic direction and daily operations of the preschool. You will contribute to curriculum planning and staff development by mentoring educators on pedagogy, teaching methods, and the effective use of educational tools and resources. 
In this role, you will lead efforts to strengthen parent engagement, community partnerships, and talent management. You will also oversee the efficient use of center resources, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and expense management. 
Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing center-wide programs, events, and initiatives, while ensuring smooth and effective administrative operations.
