Governance & Regulatory Stewardship
Serve as the cornerstone of the company's governance framework, ensuring all activities are conducted with the highest standards of integrity and in strict compliance with the Payment Services Act and MAS regulations. Bear ultimate responsibility to the Board and MAS for the effectiveness of the overall compliance, AML/CFT, and risk management frameworks. This includes ensuring adequate resources, proper systems, and a competent team are in place and functioning effectively.
