About the Role

The CEO is tasked with a high-stakes evolution: streamlining our 1,200-person operation using Lean methodologies to eliminate deep-seated inefficiencies, and simultaneously architecting a scalable production framework that allows Transformer Robotics to double capacity without a linear increase in overhead.

Job Description

Key Transformation Pillar

1. Lean Integration & Waste Elimination

• Audit and overhaul end-to-end production flows using Lean/Six Sigma principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Drastically reduce Lead Times and Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory to free up working capital.
• Establish a Quality at the Source culture to minimize rework and scrap rates.

2. Scalability & Capacity Engineering

• Design and implement modular production lines that can be replicated or expanded with minimal friction.
