About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable CEO PA to join the team at SATURN AGTECH BERHAD' in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will provide high-level executive support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of the office and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the CEO's diary, schedule and travel arrangements
2. Organise and coordinate executive meetings, conferences and events
3. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action points
4. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
5. Provide administrative support including drafting correspondence, reports and presentations
6. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
7. Ensure the CEO's office runs efficiently and effectively
