Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Ceramic Metallization Expert with strong hands‑on expertise in metal paste applications for ceramic packaging housings, particularly within optical communication or semiconductor applications. This is a high‑level consulting engagement requiring deep technical knowledge and proven industrial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in metallization of fired ceramic surfaces
• Develop and optimize molybdenum (Mo) paste applications for ceramic packaging
• Support screen printing processes for ceramic substrate metallization
• Troubleshoot adhesion, conductivity, and reliability‑related issues
