About the opportunity
Cielo.Travel designs and operates private, premium travel experiences in Colombia for international travelers. Our tours are high-touch and detail-driven: clear communication, punctuality, safety-minded execution, and memorable cultural storytelling.
Due to operational growth, we're expanding our partner guide network and looking for experienced, certified, bilingual (English/Spanish) tour guides based in Bogotá to lead private tours in Bogotá and nearby destinations.
Important: We are not onboarding new or entry-level guides. No trainees / no first-time guides accepted.
Your purpose
Deliver a safe, smooth, and enriching private tour experience for international travelers—combining excellent storytelling, strong on-the-ground judgment, and premium service standards.
What you'll do
Lead private tours in Bogotá and surrounding areas based on weekly demand and confirmed schedules.
