Certified Dietary Manager Position Summary

As the CDM at Laurelwood Health Care, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
+ Oversee the budget and purchasing of food & supplies, food preparation, services, and storage.
+ Oversee safe and timely meal prep, including provision of meal and supplements in accordance with resident care plans. Monitor regular and therapeutic diets.
+ Develop work schedule for staff, oversee inventory, and inspect meals to ensure standards are met.
+ Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in QAPI as needed.
