Job Description

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Operations Manager & Superintendent, this position will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of up to 2 crew hands and performing a variety of tasks.
A dedicated and passionate Gardener with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and enjoy working outdoors.
Performing regular assessments and maintenance of gardens for commercial properties, HOA’s and Calgary Transit sites, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrating safety leadership and safe work practices at all times
Working in accordance with ULS policies and procedures
Providing exceptional customer service & client experiences
Demonstrating strong leadership skills and overseeing a team of up to 2 crew members
