Job Title : Certified Medical Coder Location : Brooklyn, NY 11203 Duration : 2+ Months Education : High School Diploma/GED required Shift Details : 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM General Description: Minimum 3 years of ICD-10 coding experience Valid CCS or CCP certification required Inpatient and ED coding experience required Strong knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-9 CM, coding guidelines, and federal billing guidelines Experience with 3M/HDS coding applications and Encoder systems Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
