Job Description

  Summary  
  LifeBridge Health Medical Group  is seeking a  full-time   Family Medicine CRNP  to join a hospital-employed, primary care practice located in Mount Airy, MD. This position provides the opportunity to work beside a boarded, family medicine physician and an experienced CRNP in an established practice. 
 Exclusively outpatient 
 No scheduled clinical hours on the weekends 
 Telephone call only; Call is shared among providers with a call ratio of 1:10. 
 The practice is located in a beautifully renovated medical pavilion, which houses multiple other specialists and services.
