Certified Nursing Assistant

The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible to provide assistance to the support staff with the daily activities of individuals, provide ongoing support, guidance, role modeling and providing assistance in meeting clients medical and health need.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide support in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the direction of an RN and Program Manager.
+ Perform all duties in accordance with established methods, techniques and recognized standard.
+ Assist program support staff in completion of all daily/shift tasks, including but not limited to oversight of individuals’ medical and health needs: hospitalization, appointments, assessments, discharging, transferring and caring for the residents' personal belongings.
