Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent (1099 also available) | Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm with an evening, weekend and holiday on-call rotation

Compensation: Permanent hourly rate: $135.00 - $150.00 | 1099 hourly rate: $250.00

Location: East Chicago, IN
