Schedule : 3/31 From 7a-4pm, Potential for more shifts 

Clinic details
 Practice Setting : Ambulatory Surgery Center/ Dental Center 
Patient Volume : 1-3 per day 
Patient Population : 50yrs-70yrs- No peds 
Support Staff : Physician and 2 assistants. 
Cases/Procedures : IV moderate sedation. Not putting patients all the way under 
EMR : Eaglesoft
