Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Remote (Kansas only) or In-Person at clinics in Lawrence, KS or Wichita, KS
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time, flexible shifts

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
