Preferred Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7a-5p, 7a-7p 
Worksite Setting: hospital based, may have some surgery center coverage 
Scope of Work: general ANES cases 
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: NY license, clean file, may be open to licensing for right candidate 
EMR: EPIC
