Certified Welding Inspector

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of welds, materials, and welding processes to ensure compliance with applicable codes (AWS, ASME, API, etc.).
• Review and interpret welding procedures, specifications, and drawings.
• Perform visual inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and other quality control checks.
• Document inspection results, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Verify welder qualifications and ensure adherence to approved welding procedures.
• Identify and report defects, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on resolutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
