Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Compile accurate estimates based on client scope of work
• Source competitive rates from partners and suppliers
• Respond to estimate requests promptly and within standard turnaround times
• Maintain and improve estimate accuracy and hit ratio
• Provide internal feedback on lost opportunities and industry trends
• Register all estimates and maintain records using the prescribed register and
• Support onboarding processes (KYC, documentation) for new clients
• Ensure proper handover of secured consignments to the operations team
• Ensure risks are assessed, and pricing reflects all operational considerations
• Review and update annual base tariffs for existing clients
• Collaborate with commercial and product teams to ensure competitive offers
