Job Description

Overview:

Our client, a private-equity backed, high-growth government contractor, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, leading all financial functions while supporting aggressive organic growth, M&A execution, and the company’s evolution from small business and set-aside contracting into sustained full-and-open competition. The ideal candidate will also have a strong accounting background as this role is hands-on and needs a leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get dirty.


Responsibilities:


Strategic & Financial Leadership:

  • Own enterprise-wide financial strategy, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on financial strategy, capital allocation, and risk management.
