We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead strategic finance, FP&A, and US IPO readiness for a high-growth company. This role drives financial planning, investor preparation, and corporate strategy while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team.

• Drive US IPO readiness , including compliance with US GAAP, SEC reporting, and collaboration with auditors and advisors.
