CFO SEA Cluster

**Planning** : lead preparation, analysis and presentation of financial plans (P&L, NCFO) of various horizons (landing by Year End, operating plan for next year, 4-year plan, etc) including collection, validation and consolidation of data and communication with local, Regional and Corporate stakeholders. Analyze and interpret actual and planning information for the Market (by channels, divisions, DCs, product ranges, key customers) and proactively identify opportunities, issues, and trends.



**Local reporting** : to be the Service & Finance partner for local management, providing value adding insightful information (for Market: by channels, departments, product ranges, key customers, Overheads, working capital) and analysis following period close activity, interpret financial results, reconcile them versus plan and provide management with explanations of major variances, as well as highlighting risks and opportunities for improvements of business performance.
