Main duties & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end finance operations across the group, ensuring efficiency and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams, external partners, investors, and regulatory authorities (e.g., SEC).
• Manage timely and accurate financial statements and management reports, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and US GAAP.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets and enhance financial performance.
